L’Evento
Il nuovo impianto costruito nel 2015 permette di fornire energia elettrica, riscaldamento e anche raffreddamento. Grazie a questo nuovo motore il Politecnico è in grado di abbattere sia le emissioni nocive sia anche le emissioni di gas serra. Quindi, oltre a far risparmiare soldi grazie alla sua efficienza energetica fa bene sia all’aria che respiriamo ogni giorno che al pianeta in senso più lato. Grazie a questo impianto si ha anche una maggiore gestione energetica dell’edificio.
Il Politecnico ha finanziato questo impianto con 4.5 M€, all’interno del progetto Scuola (link).
La visita sarà accompagnata dal professor Ennio Macchi, docente del dipartimento di energetica che illustrerà con una lezione teorica il funzionamento e gli aspetti più tecnici legati a questa tecnologia.
Successivamente sarà prevista una visita all’interno del locale dove è presente il trigeneratore così si potrà capire in maniera più pratica il funzionamento generale dell’impianto.

The Event
The new plant built in 2015 provides electricity supply, heating and even cooling. Thanks to this new engine, the Politecnico is able to reduce both harmful emissions and greenhouse gas emissions. So, in addition to saving money thanks to its energy efficiency, it is good for both the air we breathe every day and the planet in the broadest sense. Thanks to this system there is also a greater energy management of the building.
Politecnico funded this facility with 4.5 M €, all within the SCUOLA project. (link).
The visit will be accompanied by Professor Ennio Macchi, professor of the energy department, who will illustrate with a theoretical lesson the operation and the more technical aspects related to this technology.
A visit to the room where the trigenerator is present will surely be provided so that the general operation of the system can be understood in a more practical way.
